The hotel has a perfect location, close to Central, Farang St, and Nightmarkets, with very clean rooms and friendly staff. However, the service was disappointing with unhelpful receptionists more interested in their phones than assisting guests. The dining experience was good despite limited evening options. The garden with a swimming pool and breakfast provided excellent amenities.
